Frequently Asked Questions

Our culinary courses range in duration, from 35 to 40 weeks.

Our course costs can be found on the course page, including all fees. In addition to the NZ Certificate in Cookery, you’ll also gain a Food Safety Certificate.

We will teach you different cooking techniques, food safety, kitchen management, menu planning and more led by experienced tutors. We will prepare you for a rewarding career in the culinary industry.

Not only will our experienced tutors teach you the necessary skills to thrive, but also provide valuable insights into the industry as well as networking opportunities and experiences.

The chef courses, similar to our baking courses, can take between 1 to 2 years to complete.
