3 DAY COURSE

This culinary discipline blends science and art, pushing the boundaries of flavour, texture, and presentation to create an innovative dish that blows your mind. You will learn to alter the physical and chemical properties of ingredients as you work with techniques like emulsion, foaming, caviar spheres and gelling.

4 DAY COURSE

Step into our commercial kitchens and bring classic pantry favourites to life. Prepare, bake, and plate a range of iconic dishes while building real-world culinary skills. From perfecting pastries to mastering essential techniques, you’ll gain confidence and creativity - then share your creations with classmates.

Masterchef


8 WEEK BLOCK COURSE

1 day per week 9am - 2:30pm
Level 2, Credits 6

If you are passionate about cooking and would like to learn more about the application of cookery methods then this course is for you. Learn to prepare, cook and present food with basic garnishing and sauces to match. Impress each other with your own Masterchef dish in a commercial kitchen.
