Final Year Fees Free
Starting tertiary study or work-based learning for the first time? You may be able to get Fees Free after you complete your first eligible qualification or programme. Fees Free covers the cost of your fees for the final year of study or final two years of work-based learning, up to $12,000.
When you enrol, you will need to pay your fees. To help you cover this cost, you may wish to apply for a student loan. Find out more at Student loan – StudyLink.

Level 4
35 weeksIf you love to cook, take the first step with our Level 4 cooking course. You’ll learn about a wide range of culinary techniques and disciplines, and gain confidence and experience working in a commercial kitchen environment.
Certificate in Baking (Generalist)
Level 435 weeksGet the foundation skills to become a baker or to train further as a patisserie chef. This baking course teaches you the full array of baking techniques and gives you real world experience through a five week internship in a commercial kitchen. This will give you a great head start when you're starting your baking career.
Diploma in Cookery (Advanced) - Cookery Strand
Level 535 weeksTake your passion to the next level, building on the knowledge and techniques developed in the Certificate in Cookery (Level 4) and gain the expertise required for progression as a chef in the food industry.
