The last day our campuses are open is Friday 19th December 2025. Campuses will reopen on Monday 12th January 2026. Our Campuses

At the Culinary Collective, all our campuses offer premium, purpose-built facilities with commercial training and production kitchens to give you the ultimate culinary learning experience with lots of support and encouragement from our industry-experienced tutors.
Our campuses also include full working cafés, available to students to buy breakfasts, lunches, snacks and coffees throughout the day. We also have bakeries, cocktail and wine training centres, coffee training centres, fine dining training restaurants, bars and multi-functional classrooms.
