Students land food and culinary opportunity in Indonesia

TCC has selected its top students in cookery and culinary to complete the Prime Minister's Scholarship programme.

The Culinary Collective (TCC) is among the 30 tertiary groups that have been selected by Education New Zealand (ENZ) to deepen New Zealand’s connection with Asia as part of the Prime Minister’s scholarship programme.

TCC will be sending 16 students from Auckland and Hamilton to Surabaya, Indonesia. The selected students are currently studying towards a Level 4 Certificate in Cookery, a Level 5 Diploma in Cookery or a Level 6 Diploma in Culinary Management at TCC.

The students will expand their knowledge in Indonesian cuisine through a suite of food and culinary lectures at major local universities, including Widya Mandala Surabaya Catholic University.
